Over the past few weeks we’ve been working with a locally owned property management company to help craft their new brand and web presence. That company is Seattle’s Property Management, a subset of The Bronson Group. Their focus is on residential rental homes and small multiplexes, and working one-on-one with owners to maximize their investments.
Our challenge on this project was to create an entirely new brand and corporate identity for the client that would replace their original brand, and that could later be marketed on the internet to their target audience. We created for them a new CMS based website with an All-Seattle color theme and an overall inviting aesthetic. The website’s home page was tailored as a highly focused landing page, with clear messages, interactive features and a contact short-form integrated directly into the header.
One of the unique requirements of this project was a fully integrated appointment scheduling system, that would enable the client to set their own appointment times and allow visitors to choose time-slots from that selection. We were able to create this unique feature by leveraging the services of TimeTrade (TimeTrade.com) and integrating it directly into the website’s user interface. Other key features of the website include a light-box photo gallery, testimonials slider, and a rather sophisticated Google Maps integration on the contact page. Seattle’s Property Management was thrilled with the results and our usual fast turnaround time. They are now planning to grow the site further and launch a new internet marketing campaign with us.
